Lisa's Approach
My approach is person-centered. I strongly believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is paramount for client growth. Our relationship will be an authentic experience, and your needs will be heard, valued, and understood.
I focus on current issues affecting my clients rather than the issues my clients have experienced in the past. The fact that everyone is constantly striving to meet these basic needs of love and belonging, freedom, fun and survival is at the heart of my approach.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in doing great things and overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
